To pick up your wristband before entering the festival site, you must check in at the official Volunteer Check-In location – NOT at the regular festival entrances. Also, do not take the festival train before having checked in.

Check-in already opens a week before the festival, and we strongly recommend you check in as early as possible. Expect long queues the first few days of the festival – up to 2 hours.
You'll need your passport/National ID and the Check-In Card, which you can download or open via the People-Vol portal. If you live in Denmark, also bring your yellow card (Sundhedskortet) as proof of address. If you live outside Denmark, bring some other form of documentation of your home address. The check-in card is available from June 21st. This is how you can access it:
